This is an area that has frustrated a lot of people from having hope for a future life, you have been looking for  job tirelessly and trying to settle down but things aren’t working, ask yourself questions like why is this happening? The answer is simple, if others are getting jobs, what can stop you from getting one, I know a lot of you are answering nothing can stop you. But it’s wrong, what can stop you is doing what others are not doing. If you are applied for a Job and one person is picked out of the 10, that tells you they is something that person is doing correctly which you are not.

Today we will do a review of what you need to put in place. I have gathered four power keys you can do to increase your chances of getting a job.

·        Interview.

Conduct and interview 6 different people, what they did to get their jobs and write down important points, ask about qualification, experiences, cv, cover letter, and documentation. Find out from them, after the interview gather important points and pick out common points check out what you didn’t do and cover that area, for it stands as your weakness in getting your job, I believe you will learn something from them, because I believe we all have something to learn from each other.

·        Research

Do a research of what employers seek in those there hiring, it doesn’t matter what it takes you to get this information but strive to have it, having inside information gives an advantage to prepare and cover what you lack. Know the parameters that employers want in their workers and work on them.

·        Go online

A lot of people only apply for jobs which they physically meet, kindly take advantage of online platforms that are set for you like job platforms, go to jobs site and research for jobs, a lot of companies are now posting jobs online on job sites instead of newspapers, so seek for jobs on both platforms.

·        Keep learning

The time you have looking for a job is another opportunity for you to keep learning and improve your cv, and any job you find start working and increase the level of job experience, these are some of the points set to assist you in your job haunting. Employers are looking to hire people with high levels of knowledge and experiences, use the time you have to improve your cv and job experiences by the time you done you will find a job.
