In a live video the president of the country Zambia made a clear point on his stance as a president according to the constitution of Zambia, people are saying that when you win the election two times you are not allowed to stand for the third term.

But Mr. Edgar Lungu made a clarification that the first term was for him to finish the late Michael sata term, meaning his real term started in 2016 when he won against HH. this has brought a lot of debate as people feel like he has ruled for a long time that he needs to be removed.

The issue bringing controversy was the introduction of Bill 10 constitution, which was covering the part that he can stand only for two terms, however, we now know that he is eligible to stand for another term.
